Helping Publishers Build Loyal Audiences With Better Analytics

 

Chartbeat helps publishers grow and retain audiences by turning reader behavior into clear, actionable insights. I started as an individual contributor and later led the design team, staying deeply involved in execution. I led the design of Chartbeat’s first historical dashboard and reporting suite, giving editors and newsroom leaders visibility into trends they could use for strategic decisions. I also led the design of an image testing tool for homepage editors and worked across the suite from mobile to newsroom displays. Together, this work helped shift Chartbeat from real time analytics into a full platform that improved retention and adoption in key markets.
