Teamshares

Teamshares is a fin-tech company that buys small businesses and transitions them to employee ownership. As the first dedicated product designer, I led the design of numerous 0->1 products, including an internal deal management platform and a neo-bank. The deal management platform automated lead qualification, centralized deal information, and supported workflows for internal and external teams, enabling 100+ acquisitions and hundreds of millions in added revenue. The neo-bank provided cash account and charge card services for Teamshares’ companies and processed tens-of-millions in transactions. As a principal designer, I also helped build and manage the product design team, lead hiring, establish team processes, and contribute to planning with a cross-functional leadership team.
