Teamshares

Teamshares is a holding co/fin-tech company that buys SMBs and transitions them to employee ownership. As the first product designer, I led the design of a platform that automated lead qualification, centralized deal information, and supported workflows for transactions, diligence, legal, and closings and the seller. The platform replaced a fragmented workflow spread across spreadsheets, inboxes, and Slack—causing inefficiencies, unreliable data, and limited visibility from different stakeholders. It became mission-critical, enabling Teamshares to evaluate tens of thousands of businesses, support 100+ acquisitions, and close tens of millions in revenue.
