Problem

Planning group events is harder than it should be. In interviews with users (including an experienced event planner), three consistent pain points emerged:

• Finding a time that works for everyone

• Finding restaurants with availability for the right group size

• Getting people to commit

Most group plans die in messy group chats before anything is booked.

The Solution

A mobile app that simplifies planning by combining three key features:

  1. Smart Time Coordination

    • Shared availability view with suggested times that work for the whole group

  2. Real-Time Venue Search

    • Filters for party size, location, and time—only shows restaurants with availability

  3. Commitment Tracking

    • Built-in RSVP flow with reminders and status updates
