Teamshares

Teamshares is a fin-tech company that buys businesses and transitions them to employee ownership. As the first dedicated product designer, I led the design of various 0-1 products including a custom lead management platform and a neo-bank for our network companies. The lead management platform auto-mated lead qualification, centralized deal information, and supported workflows for various internal and external teams, enabling Teamshares to evaluate tens of thousands of businesses, support 100+ acquisitions, and add hundreds of millions in revenue. The neo-bank provided cash account and charge card services and processed tens-of-millions in transactions for network companies. As a hand-on leader, I also helped build and manage the product design team, leading hiring, building team processes, and contributing to planning with a cross-functional leadership team.
